We can replace a broken panel if one is available for order, but the cost of the replacement panel is higher than replacing the television, unfortunately.

As an example: If your television cost $500, but the cost to replace the panel will be $700 or more, it simply is not economical to pay to have a panel replaced due to damage. The higher the television cost at time of purchase, the higher the cost of panel replacement for these types of repairs.

Unless you have a very unusual manufacturer warranty or extended warranty, your coverage will never cover a damaged panel or broken screen.
