Generally, “non-cooling” fridges require a sealed-system technician. Unfortunately, we do not have one on our team currently, so our recommendation is that you contact the refrigerator manufacturer’s Customer Service, explain your symptoms, and provide them with any necessary information including Model and Serial Number.

Compressors have a long-term warranty, so be sure to have your proof-of-purchase date/receipt available to avoid the cost to replace that part; you will be responsible for charges from the servicer such as labor and mileage.
